- Club Kirrawee will determine whether the greens are safe and suitable for play.
- The greens may be closed due to rain, severe weather, extreme heat, waterlogged greens (including from rain in the days before your booking), or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Light rain usually wonβt stop play, as our greens drain very well.
- If Club Kirrawee closes the greens and your Barefoot Bowls session cannot proceed, you will be offered one of the following:
- A credit to rebook your bowls on another available day, valid for 12 months and free of charge; or
- A bar credit to use on the same day as the cancellation. Unused bar credit is not refundable.
- If play has commenced and is later stopped because of weather or green conditions, no refund will be provided.
- If your Barefoot Bowls session cannot proceed, any pre-ordered food or catering will still be provided and can be enjoyed at the Club.
- All decisions regarding whether the greens are playable are made by Club Kirrawee, taking into consideration player safety and the protection of the greens.
