Important information about joining and renewing your membership

Members are required to collect their cards in person and provide satisfactory identification. Membership cards cannot be posted.
By applying for or renewing Social Membership at Club Kirrawee, you confirm that the information provided is true, accurate and complete. Applications and renewals are subject to the Club’s Constitution, applicable laws and any required approval processes. Payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance of a new membership application.
Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements applicable to their selected membership category. The Club may request appropriate identification and supporting information to verify identity and eligibility.
Social Membership is offered for one, three or five years, subject to availability and the Club’s Constitution. The applicable fee is displayed before online payment. Fees and membership periods may be amended in accordance with the Club’s Constitution and applicable law.
Existing members must provide their current membership number when renewing online. Members must provide accurate, up-to-date details. Renewal is subject to verification and processing by Club staff. Effective renewal and expiry dates are determined according to the Club’s Constitution.
Online payments are processed securely through Stripe. Payment confirmation means payment has been received; it does not necessarily mean that an application has been approved or a renewal fully processed. The Club may contact applicants for further information.
Membership cards are issued or made available according to the Club’s procedures. Members are required to collect their cards in person and provide satisfactory identification. Membership cards are subject to the Club’s Constitution and must not be transferred to another person.
Membership benefits, privileges, promotions and offers are subject to eligibility, availability and the Club’s applicable conditions. Benefits may change in accordance with the Club’s Constitution and applicable law.
Members must comply with the Club’s Constitution, lawful directions, responsible service of alcohol requirements and acceptable standards of behaviour. Membership may be suspended or terminated only in accordance with the Club’s Constitution and applicable law, including applicable procedural fairness requirements.
Refund and cancellation requests are considered in accordance with the Club’s Constitution, applicable refund policies and Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Club collects personal information to assess and administer membership, verify identity, process payments, communicate with members and meet legal obligations. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Club’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not collected directly by the membership form.
Members should notify the Club of changes to their name, address, phone, email or other relevant details. The Club may request verification before updating records.
The Club may update these terms in accordance with its Constitution and applicable law. The current version will be available on the Club’s website.
